This example demonstrates the simplest possible D3 setup, rendering the static text “Hello D3 version 7” centered on a blank page. The visualization uses the D3 v7 library, imported via `d3@7.8.2`, and the code selects the document body with the `select` API to set its text content. A separate `bundle.js` file contains the JavaScript logic, while the HTML file styles the output with a large font size.
