Making a bar chart
This example shows a bar chart of population by country, using horizontal bars ordered from most to least populous. The visualization is built with React and D3 v5, using SVG rendering. The code employs D3’s `scaleLinear` and `scaleBand` for axes, `max` to compute the domain, and `axisLeft` and `axisBottom` to draw the chart’s scales. Data is loaded from a CSV file containing country names and population values.
