SVG FUNDAMENTALS
This example demonstrates fundamental SVG drawing primitives in a static web page, using hard-coded shapes rather than a data source. It renders two circles, a rectangle, a line, and a path element with explicit coordinates and styling attributes directly in the markup. The code uses the D3 version 7 `select` API from the `d3` module, but only to set the body text, while all visual content is created through raw SVG tags in `index.html`. The rendering approach relies on native browser SVG support, with no dynamic data binding or interaction.
