Fork of Customizing Axes
This bar chart visualizes the population of the ten most populous countries, based on 2018 estimates from the United Nations World Population Prospects. It uses D3 version 5 to load data from a CSV file, apply linear and band scales, and render axes. The chart customizes axes by removing default domain lines and ticks, adding grid lines with negative tick sizes, and formatting population labels with a function that replaces 'G' with 'B'. A right margin and additional axis label text are also configured.
