This example presents a static SVG smiley face composed of three circles: a large yellow circle with a black stroke for the head, and two smaller black circles for eyes. The circles are drawn directly in the markup of an `index.html` file, which uses embedded CSS to center the face and remove page margins. JavaScript is minimally present via an `index.js` file that imports and logs the React library, though the visualization itself relies on pure SVG rendering without React components or dynamic behavior.
