Fork of Scatter Plot of ASIF between Tissues
This fork visualizes the alternative splicing index (ASIF) across multiple tissues as a scatter plot. Each point represents a tissue pair, with its position and color encoding the ASIF values. The visualization uses d3-force to simulate a network layout, while the plot itself is rendered using D3’s SVG system. The data is loaded from an external JSON file, and the code applies a color scale to differentiate tissue types, with tooltips providing details on mouseover. The layout is computed via `d3.forceSimulation` and `d3.forceCollide`.
