Fork of Migrant Deaths Linked Views with Fast Brushing
This interactive visualization combines a world map and a time-series histogram to explore migrant deaths. The map displays circles scaled by the total dead and missing for each location, while the histogram shows the same data aggregated by month. Users can brush a time range on the histogram, which instantly filters the map’s circles. Built with React and D3 v5, it uses `d3.geoNaturalEarth1` and `d3.geoPath` for map rendering, `d3.scaleSqrt` for sizing, and `d3.brushX` for selection. Data is sourced from CSV and TopoJSON files.
