Random Smileys
This example displays a grid of eighteen randomly generated smiley faces, each rendered as an SVG composed of a yellow background circle, two eyes, and a curved mouth. The code builds these faces using React components that compose reusable parts like `BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, `Mouth`, and a `FaceContainer` that positions the elements. Randomization is applied to stroke width, eye radius, and mouth dimensions using `Math.random()`, with the `range` function from d3 generating the repeated list of faces. The d3 `arc` function creates the mouth path.
