A userscript automates the booking of a guided tour at the Tretyakov Gallery by repeatedly filling the ticketing form. It selects a fixed program, age, date, and time, then clicks the plus buttons to add 10 adult and 10 child tickets, driven by a `setInterval` polling loop and DOM `click()`/`focus()` calls. A visible "Restart" button resets the script’s internal state flags to re-run the process. The animation shows the form fields and ticket counters updating as the script executes.

AB redirect

This example demonstrates a userscript that automatically redirects visitors from `ouo.io` pages ending in `.html` to the equivalent `ouo.press` URL while preserving the path, query string, and hash. The script runs at `document-start` on any `ouo.io` match and uses a regular expression to detect the `.html` suffix, then constructs a new URL with `location.protocol`, `location.host`, and the modified path before calling `location.replace()`. No external libraries are used; it relies solely on the browser’s native `location` API and JavaScript string methods.

Sudoku solver in rust

A Sudoku solver implemented in Rust displays a completed 9x9 puzzle grid as a console output, replacing empty cells with solved digits. The code models the board as a 2D array of characters and converts it to integers, then uses a backtracking algorithm with constraint propagation to find the solution. The `solve_step` function recursively tries candidate numbers, while `get_possible_numbers` checks row, column, and 3x3 subgrid constraints to filter valid options. The final result prints the solved board row by row using standard Rust formatting and I/O operations.

Sudoku solver

This example shows a Python implementation of a Sudoku solver that finds a complete solution for a given 9x9 puzzle. The code defines a `Solution` class with a recursive backtracking algorithm in `solve_step`, which selects the cell with the fewest possible candidates and tries each valid number until the board is filled. It uses a `get_possible_numbers` method to compute remaining digits by checking row, column, and 3x3 square constraints. The solver modifies the board in place and is verified against an expected solution using test functions.

Flask app for video streaming over http

A Flask app streams video files over HTTP by serving byte-range requests, enabling clients to seek and play MP4 and MKV videos without downloading the entire file. It lists available videos from a specified directory on the index page, then uses custom regex route converters to match file extensions. The `get_chunk` function reads partial file content using Python's `os.stat` and `f.seek`, while response headers like `Accept-Ranges` and `Content-Range` are added via Flask's `Response` object to support HTTP range requests.

JS Bin

This interactive visualization combines a slope chart and a timetable to explore scheduling cost data from a JSON dataset. The main line chart plots cost against tick values for process 3, with blue circles marking each data point. Users can hover over individual points to highlight them in red and display a tooltip with the exact cost, or move the mouse across the chart to see the cost at the nearest tick. A linked table updates dynamically, showing details of the selected data point. The visualization is built with D3.js, uses SVG and includes smooth transitions for hover effects.

A grid-based visualization displays a binary schedule matrix, where each row represents a time slot and each column represents an employee, with green cells indicating active assignments and white cells indicating idle periods. The chart renders as a small SVG heatmap (200x400 pixels) with top and left axes showing slot and employee indices, and a text label beneath displaying the total cost of the schedule (e.g., 77916.13). The data is loaded from a JSON file containing an array of schedule solutions, and the visualization presents the 21st solution.

A grid of small colored cells arranged in 21 rows and 4 columns, where green cells represent 1 values and white cells represent 0 values from a binary solution array. The visualization includes a top axis labeled with employee indices (0–3) and a left axis labeled with time slots (0–20), created using D3.js with SVG rendering. The data represents a scheduling or optimization solution, with each cell colored according to its binary value using a linear color scale from white to green.

A scatterplot displays seven data points on a linear scale, with each point rendered as a pink-to-red circle whose fill reflects its Y value and labeled by its array index. The visualization uses D3 v4 to load JSON data, compute extents, and create SVG axes with `d3.axisLeft` and `d3.axisBottom`. Circles are appended via a data join, positioned with `xScale` and `yScale`, and colored using a `d3.scaleLinear` interpolating between pink and red. The chart is fixed at 500 by 500 pixels with a 30-pixel margin.
