This example demonstrates the size and structure of the CSS Named Colors dataset by displaying its file size, row count, and column count in a large text block. This example shows a yellow smiley face composed of SVG circles and an arc-shaped mouth, built with React components and rendered inside an SVG canvas. The face uses a `FaceCircle` for the head, `Eyes` for layered pupils and highlights, and a `Mouth` that leverages the `d3.arc()` API to generate a half-circle path. My First D3.js Chart

This example displays a blank SVG canvas and logs the D3.js library object to the browser console. The HTML page loads D3 v7 from a CDN and creates an SVG element with fixed dimensions. The JavaScript simply outputs the `d3` object, demonstrating that the library is successfully imported and accessible. It serves as a minimal starting point for building charts, without rendering any visual data yet.
