This visualization recreates John Snow’s 1854 cholera map as a dark, interactive web page, plotting the streets of Soho as thin white line segments on a black background. The rendering uses D3.js version 3 to draw the street network from a JSON data file containing coordinate pairs, while the page’s layout and styling rely on raw HTML and CSS. A navigation menu and title frame the graphic, tying the display to the historical narrative of Steven Johnson’s *The Ghost Map*.
