Rendering MFEs
This example demonstrates a micro-frontend integration hub, rendering three independently built applications side-by-side within a single host. The React-based orchestrator manages a shared counter and displays Vue, React, and Angular sub-applications, each visible only when its corresponding container is clicked to toggle visibility. The central `render()` function conditionally mounts `TheVueApp`, `TheReactApp`, and `TheAngularApp` components, passing the current counter value as a prop to each. Clicking any app container toggles that specific framework's visibility, showcasing how heterogeneous front-end technologies can coexist within one interface.
