Atom-Beautify debugging information

This example visualizes the debugging output of the Atom text editor’s Atom-Beautify package. Using D3.js’s `forceSimulation` and `forceAtlas2` layouts, it maps a network of files and dependencies from the package’s source code. The rendering employs SVG paths and circles colored by file type, with tooltips revealing file paths pulled directly from the gist’s markdown data. The graph’s animated clustering shows the modular structure of the beautification libraries.

automatic update by http://atom.io/packages/sync-settings

This example visualizes the configuration and package setup of the Atom text editor, shared automatically through the sync-settings package. It displays the user’s JSON settings file, which specifies themes, editor preferences, and enabled plugins like minimap, alongside a list of installed packages with their versions. The visualization relies on the raw JSON and CoffeeScript data structures, rendering the contents of packages.json and settings.json without additional processing. It highlights the interplay between core settings, disabled packages, and optional UI tweaks such as compact tabs and panel contrast.
