DV ASSIGNMENT-2.2

This example visualizes highway fuel efficiency across vehicle makes using a D3 area chart rendered as SVG. The chart maps car makes along the x-axis and their highway miles-per-gallon values along the y-axis, with a semi-transparent steel-blue area filling the region beneath the line. It fetches a remote CSV dataset, parses it with `d3.csvParse`, and uses `d3.scaleBand`, `d3.scaleLinear`, and `d3.area` to construct the visualization. Custom axis styling rotates the x-axis labels for readability, and the code demonstrates loading D3 v7 via CDN and ES6 module imports.

DV ASSIGNMENT-2

This interactive pie chart visualizes the distribution of wine quality ratings from a CSV file fetched via a GitHub Gist URL. The visualization uses `d3.pie()` and `d3.arc()` to generate the chart, with an ordinal color scale (`d3.scaleOrdinal`) and `d3.schemeCategory10` for segment colors. Quality counts are aggregated using `d3.rollup`, and each arc is labeled with its quality value. A legend below the chart maps colors to quality categories. The SVG canvas is sized at 960x500, with text labels positioned using arc centroids. The code also includes a reusable scatter plot module, though only the pie chart is rendered.

This animated scatterplot visualizes the Iris dataset, cycling through different petal and sepal dimensions on the x-axis while keeping sepal length on the y-axis. It uses D3.js via UNPKG to load data from a GitHub Gist and render the SVG. The animation, driven by `setInterval`, updates the plot’s x-axis mapping while adding a legend and axis labels.
