Loading CSV data

This example demonstrates the initial step of loading an external CSV dataset using the Fetch API. It retrieves a file of named CSS colors from a GitHub gist and logs the raw HTTP response object to the browser console. The code shows a simple promise chain, where `fetch(url)` returns a promise that resolves with the response, but it does not yet parse the CSV content or render any visualization. The example serves as a foundation for working with remote tabular data in JavaScript.

Smiley Face Part 1

A grid of identical smiley faces renders in SVG. Each face uses a yellow circle with a black stroke, two eyes positioned by offsets, and a mouth drawn as an arc. The `d3.arc` function generates the mouth path, while React components compose the face from smaller parts. The face’s center, eye offset, and radius are passed as props, with the grid created by `d3.range`.
