This interactive visualization displays a hierarchical tree of building resource consumption, with energy and water data from a facility management system. Users can click on parent nodes to expand or collapse branches, dynamically updating the layout. Built with D3 version 3, it uses the `d3.layout.tree` API to compute a Reingold–Tilford layout and `d3.svg.diagonal` for curved links. SVG elements transition smoothly to new positions using `transition()` with 750ms animations.
