This example renders 18 cartoon faces in a React component, each with randomized eye offsets, eye radii, mouth widths, and stroke widths generated using `d3.range` and `Math.random`. The faces are composed of separate SVG components—a yellow `BackgroundCircle`, `Eyes`, and a `Mouth` drawn with a `d3.arc` path—all positioned within a shared `FaceContainer` SVG using a `translate` transform. The code leverages React’s component model and D3’s arc generator to produce a playful, data-driven grid of faces with no external data source.
