Fork of D3 Tree with Multiple Parents
This fork of D3 Tree with Multiple Parents visualizes a COVID-19 patient workflow as a horizontal tree diagram, mapping the journey from patient entry through assessment, decision, and potential outcomes. The SVG rendering uses d3.tree and d3.hierarchy to position nodes, while d3.linkHorizontal draws the connecting paths, with a zoom interaction enabling view navigation. The code employs an underscore.js uniq function to deduplicate nodes with shared parent IDs, recalculating x and y coordinates based on depth and sibling order. Node labels use Playfair Display typography, and a d3.event listener applies the current zoom transform to the SVG group.
