Fork of Smiley Face Part II

This example uses React and ReactDOM to render a single SVG smiley face that scales to fill the entire browser window. The face’s proportions are calculated from `window.innerWidth` and `window.innerHeight`, positioning the center, eyes, and stroke width dynamically. The SVG circle elements for the face and eyes are drawn within a transformed group, using hardcoded offsets for eye placement. This is a minimal, responsive vector graphic that demonstrates basic React-driven SVG generation.

HTML Starter

A static smiley face rendered as an SVG graphic. The example draws a yellow circle as the face with a black outline, and two smaller black circles as eyes, using primitive SVG elements. The code directly defines the markup in an `index.html` file, specifying the SVG canvas at 960 by 500 pixels and positioning each circle with explicit `cx`, `cy`, and `r` attributes. This demonstrates basic SVG shape composition without any JavaScript libraries or dynamic data binding.
