This example demonstrates a minimal D3 v7 setup: it renders the text “Hello D3 version 7” in the center of the page using the `select` and `text` APIs from the D3 library. The HTML includes a single standalone `<circle>` element that is not manipulated by JavaScript, while the styles set an oversized 13-em font. The script loads D3 from a CDN and runs via `bundle.js`, illustrating basic DOM selection and text replacement without data binding or SVG rendering.
