Smiley Face Part 1
This example shows the first step toward drawing a smiley face, with a large yellow circle for the head and two smaller black circles for the eyes, rendered as static SVG shapes. The visualization uses raw SVG elements—`<circle>` tags for each part—placed directly inside an HTML page, with a black stroke outlining the head. The `cx` and `cy` attributes position the elements on a 960 by 500 canvas, while the `r` attribute sets the radii. The page relies on the browser's built-in SVG support, with no external libraries or JavaScript, and is structured with a minimal CSS reset in the `index.html` file.
