Fork of Chart
This visualization combines a choropleth map of Indian states with two interactive donut charts to explore crime data against woman from 2001 to 2012. Users filter the map by year and crime type via dropdowns, while each donut chart independently summarizes either the yearly breakdown for a selected crime or the type distribution for a selected year. The map uses `d3.geoPath` with TopoJSON boundaries and color scales, while the donuts employ `d3.arc` and `d3.pie`. Animations update the charts smoothly on selection changes. The dataset is a CSV of crime statistics by state.
