This example shows a single yellow circle that follows the cursor across an SVG canvas, updating its position in real time based on mouse movement. The circle’s `cx` and `cy` attributes are bound to the current mouse position, and ReactDOM renders the component into a root element, with the canvas sized at 960 by 500 pixels.
