Fork of Smiley Face Pt 1

This fork of a smiley face example uses React to render an SVG smiley face with D3.js v7. The face consists of a yellow circle with a black stroke, plus two black eyes positioned symmetrically relative to the center. The code sets SVG width and height to 960 by 500 and calculates center coordinates programmatically. It uses React’s JSX syntax to define circle elements and ReactDOM’s render method to mount the component to the DOM. The example demonstrates basic SVG shape positioning and React state management, though no interactivity or data binding is shown.

Smiley Face Pt 1

A yellow circle with a black outline and two smaller black circles for eyes forms a face. The SVG uses basic circle elements with explicit `cx`, `cy`, and `r` attributes. The rendering is static, with no animation or interaction. The data source is not apparent, as the code simply draws the shapes directly in the HTML document.
