Smiley Face Part I
A grid of fifteen smiley faces renders as a playful array of SVG components built with React. Each face combines a yellow background circle, two eyes, and an arched mouth, with randomized stroke widths, eye offsets, radii, and mouth dimensions creating subtle variation across the grid. The code composes reusable React components and leverages d3.arc from d3.v6 to generate the mouth path, while ReactDOM renders the entire collection into a single SVG container.
