Fork of homework smiley face

This example displays a large, hand-drawn smiley face rendered as an SVG. The face features two eyes with green pupils, a purple nose, multiple black lines forming hair and eyebrows, and a wide, open mouth created using an arc path. The visualization is built with React for component structure and uses the `d3.arc()` API from D3 v7 to generate the smile’s path. All shapes are drawn with fixed numeric coordinates and rendered inside a single SVG element.

Fork of Let's make a face with D3.js!

This example shows a yellow smiley face built with SVG shapes whose eyebrows animate up and down. The face is constructed using D3.js v5 selections to append a circle for the head, two circles for the eyes, rectangles for the eyebrows, and a path generated with the `arc` helper for the mouth. The eyebrows move via chained `transition().duration(2000)` calls on a group element, shifting its `transform` translation between two vertical offsets. All shapes are centered using a group translated to the middle of a 960-by-500 SVG canvas.
