Lets make a face

This visualization displays a dataset of bank branch records across Nigerian states, with each row assigned to a position on an SVG canvas. The code loads the CSV data using d3.csv and logs it to the console, while the HTML page sets a red background on the SVG element using D3’s selection and style methods. The visualization’s title, “Lets make a face,” hints at a playful mapping of data points to facial features, though the current implementation only prepares the data and canvas.

CAR Report

This example displays a text-based car report listing filtered vehicle entries with their year, make, model, and price. It uses React with a custom `report` function to filter cars by a maximum price threshold and format each car with the `formatCar` helper. The output is rendered into a preformatted HTML element via `textContent`. The data originates from a local JSON array containing five cars, parsed with `JSON.parse`.

CAR Report

This example displays a single data field from a static JSON array of car listings. It reads the first object from the `cars` array and presents its `Make` property (e.g., "Honda") as large, plain text on a minimal HTML page. The visualization uses React's `import` statement to load the data from `cars.js` and JavaScript's `document.getElementById` to update the content of a `<pre>` element, with the JSON parsed using `JSON.parse`.

Untitled

This example shows a minimal React-based HTML page with a placeholder message and a title reading “CAR Report.” The code sets up a basic document structure, including a div with the ID “message” and a script tag loading a bundled JavaScript file, but does not implement any visualization or data rendering. It uses plain HTML and references a React Starter template, though no React components or data are defined in the provided files. The page is a bare-bones starting point for future development.
