This example renders a simple smiley face as an SVG graphic using React and D3. The face consists of three circles: a yellow head with a black outline, and two black eyes. The D3 arc generator creates a pie-slice shape, though it is not currently rendered in the output. The React component defines the SVG layout with fixed pixel dimensions, and the code imports React and D3 from CDN sources.
