Smiley Face Part III
This example renders a smiley face using React and D3.js v7, drawing yellow circles for the head and eyes and an arc path for the mouth. The SVG is centered with a transform, and the mouth uses the `arc()` generator with `innerRadius` and `outerRadius` properties to create a thick, open smile. React handles the component structure while D3 computes the path geometry, with all shapes defined through SVG elements and attributes like `stroke-width`. The code derives dimensions from fixed width and height constants, positioning elements relative to the center.
