React Interaction
A black circle follows the mouse cursor across a full-window SVG canvas, and toggles its tracking on and off with each click. Built with React and ReactDOM, the example uses the `useState` hook to manage the position and active state, while `onMouseMove` and `onClick` handlers update the circle's coordinates. The SVG is rendered directly in the browser window, with no external data source.
