BlackJack

This example shows a static, hard-coded representation of a blackjack hand, displaying the sum of two playing-card values in a webpage. The page renders the text “Hello HTML” in a 13-em font size, while a JavaScript script calculates the sum of two fixed card values (6 and 9) and logs the result to the browser’s console. The project uses plain HTML for structure, CSS for styling via the `<style>` tag, and vanilla JavaScript for logic. No external libraries or data sources are used; the visualization is a minimal demonstration of basic DOM and console output.

My HTML Starter

This example demonstrates a bare minimum HTML page that renders a smiley face using inline SVG elements, including two circles for eyes and a larger circle for the face with a yellow fill and black stroke. The page also uses React and ReactDOM to mount a simple JSX component that displays the text "HELLO JSX" in a heading. The SVG is drawn directly in the markup with fixed coordinates and dimensions, while React handles dynamic content in a separate root div. The code imports React via CDN and uses ReactDOM.render to attach the component.

ForkFaceReact

A cartoon face rendered in SVG animates its eyebrows in a looping sequence. The example builds the face from D3 shape primitives, including circles for the head and eyes, and an arc for the mouth, all positioned with a central translation. Using D3 v5's `select` and `arc`, it demonstrates chained `transition` calls to repeatedly move the eyebrow group up and down over two-second intervals. The code imports these D3 features via ES6 modules, with the library loaded from UNPKG and the visualization drawn to an SVG element.
