A smiling face is drawn centered within an 960 by 500 SVG canvas. A large yellow circle with a black stroke forms the head, while two smaller circles represent the eyes, and a half-arc (created using d3's `arc` generator with specified inner and outer radii and angle range) forms the mouth. All shapes are positioned relative to the center using SVG group transforms. The visualization is built declaratively with React, using `ReactDOM.render` to mount a component that renders the SVG elements, and leverages the `d3` arc API for the mouth path.
