This example loads a CSV of student peer-review ratings and their corresponding league averages using D3 v5’s `csv` method. The code imports `select` and `csv` from the d3 module and uses a promise to parse the data file. It sets up an SVG selection, reading its width and height attributes, and defines a render function that currently leaves the SVG empty. The visualization demonstrates data loading and module imports within the VizHub environment, though no graphical output is drawn yet.
