Cars Report

This example renders a nearly blank page with the CSS-styled title “Cars Report” in large centered text. The D3 v7 script selects the `body` element using `d3.select` and clears its content with the `.text('')` method, demonstrating a minimal D3 setup. The data source is not visible in the provided code, and the page contains only a placeholder `<pre>` element without visualization.

Cars Report

This example presents a Cars Report as an HTML page that displays the text "Cars Report" centered on the screen. The page uses basic CSS styling within a `<style>` block to set the font size and alignment of the message. The implementation is a minimal static page that relies on HTML and CSS, with no JavaScript or external data sources, serving as a bare-bones starter template for a React-based visualization project.
