Temperature Trend for different country

This interactive line chart displays temperature changes over time for selected countries, with a dropdown menu to choose a country and a slider to filter the date range. The visualization uses D3 v7 to parse CSV data, generate SVG axes, and dynamically redraw the line path with `d3.line()` on user input. Data comes from a GitHub-hosted CSV file listing annual temperature values, rendered with green strokes and automatic y-axis scaling based on the selected country.

Final project

The visualization combines a bubble map with a time-series histogram to display migrant deaths and disappearances worldwide. The map uses a d3.geoNaturalEarth1 projection with d3.geoPath to render world landmasses, graticules, and country boundaries, while bubble sizes encode the total dead and missing through a d3.scaleSqrt. A brushed d3.brushX on the histogram filters the map’s circles interactively, with data sourced from the Missing Migrants Project CSV. React’s useMemo optimizes rendering of the static map layers and computed scales.
