Fork of Smiley Face Part III
A React application renders a static SVG smiley face, composed of a yellow circle with a black outline, two eyes, and a curved mouth. The visualization uses D3's `arc` function to generate the mouth path, while hardcoded values define the circle radii, eye positions, and stroke widths. The entire graphic is drawn within a coordinate system centered on the SVG canvas, with all shapes positioned relative to that center point.
