Smiley Face Part II
This example renders a yellow smiley face that scales to fill the browser window. The face is built entirely with SVG circles, including a large yellow head, two black eyes, and a mouth that is commented out in the HTML. Using React, the component calculates the window dimensions and positions the face at the center, with the head radius and stroke width derived from the viewport height. The code employs ReactDOM to mount the SVG element into a root div, demonstrating responsive geometric drawing with React and SVG.
