Fork of Flower animation with D3
Twenty ellipses rotate around the screen center as they rhythmically bloom and contract, with each petal’s size and position shifting over time. The D3 v7 code, using `select`, `range`, and `join`, computes per-frame ellipse attributes from a time-based parameter updated via `setInterval`. Rendering as SVG animation, it employs `mapData` and `drawData` functions to dynamically set `rx`, `ry`, `cx`, `cy`, and rotation transforms for a fluid, looping visual effect.
