A flower-like layout of 50 red circles animates around a central point, with each circle’s distance and color determined by a count value that increments on click. The visualization uses d3.v4’s scaleSqrt, scaleLinear, and selection transitions, rendering SVG circles with a linear color scale from steelblue to red. Clicking a circle moves it to the center while its count increases, and the remaining circles reposition based on their relative count difference. The code generates random count data and animates the layout over 800 milliseconds per update.
