Smiley face part one
This example shows a single yellow circle with a black outline, representing the first step toward building a smiley face in SVG. The circle is centered within a 960 by 500 pixel viewport. The code uses React 18.2.0 and ReactDOM to render the SVG element into the DOM. The circle’s position, radius, and stroke are set as static attributes, with no animation or interaction present.
