This fork of Smiley Face Part II renders a large yellow circular face with two eyes and a smiling mouth using React and D3 v7. The SVG output is centered on the page and sized to the full browser window, with D3’s `arc()` generator creating the mouth path and a custom line generator drawing a closed, blinking left eye. The face elements are positioned with absolute coordinates, and the component is mounted via `ReactDOM.render` alongside inline CSS to remove page margins and scrollbars.
