This example displays the text “Hello World” in a large, centered plain-text format on a web page. It uses the D3.js v6 library solely for its loading, though the core rendering is handled by standard HTML and JavaScript. The index.js file selects the `#message-element` element via `document.getElementById` and assigns the text content. The page layout is controlled through inline CSS, with the body set to center its content and use a 13em font size.
