Smiley Face Part II
A dynamic smiley face fills the browser window, with its head size and position adapting to viewport dimensions. The face features yellow circular head, black stroke outline, and two eyes, rendered as black circles positioned symmetrically relative to the center. The code uses React and ReactDOM to create SVG elements, with window.innerWidth and window.innerHeight determining the canvas size, while offset and radius variables control facial feature placement. The smiley is drawn purely with SVG circles.
