Smiley Face Part 1
This example shows the first step of constructing a smiley face, displaying a large yellow circle as the face and two blue circles with red outlines as the eyes, all on a blank canvas. The work is built with React and rendered directly as SVG markup, using the `circle` element with explicit `cx`, `cy`, and `r` attributes for positioning and sizing. The code sets the overall SVG dimensions to 960 by 500 pixels, and each circle’s fill and stroke colors are defined inline as presentation attributes, demonstrating a static, hand-coded vector composition without any data binding or interaction logic.
