let's make a face with D3.js
A simple SVG face is drawn entirely with D3.js v5, using a red background set via `svg.style("background-color","red")` on the selected `<svg>` element. The example demonstrates basic D3 selections and attribute manipulation, with the face shape implied by the empty SVG canvas and the fixed 960×500 viewport. No explicit geometric elements or data bindings are present; the code only changes the background color, leaving the rest of the face to be imagined by the viewer.
