Bar Chart

This bar chart displays the populations of the world’s fourteen most populous countries, sorted from largest to smallest. The visualization uses a horizontal bar layout, with the y-axis listing country names and the x-axis representing population in millions, using a custom `.3s` tick format. Built with D3 v6, the chart employs `scaleLinear` and `scaleBand` to map data, and renders as an SVG via the `select` API. D3 Face
