This bar chart visualizes population data for ten countries, using a CSV file loaded from `data.csv` as its source. The visualization, built with Victory Charts, displays each country's population on the y-axis. The React application uses the `useState` and `useEffect` hooks alongside D3's `csv` function to fetch and parse the data, converting the population values to numbers.
