Smiley Face Part1

A smiling face drawn in the center of an SVG canvas using React and D3. Yellow circles form the head and eyes, with a black stroke around the face, while a D3 arc path creates the mouth. The composition is static, built with hard-coded values rather than external data, and renders through React’s `ReactDOM.render` into a root element. The d3.arc API defines the mouth’s inner and outer radii and angular range.

Fork of Let's Make a Face Part I

A static SVG drawing shows a yellow circle with a black outline and two smaller inner circles, resembling an unfinished smiley face. The code sets a 960 by 500 pixel canvas and uses `circle` elements with explicit `cx`, `cy`, and `r` attributes, plus `fill` and `stroke` properties. It includes commented calculations for eye placement relative to the center and stroke width. No animation or interaction is present; the rendering is a direct SVG output from an embedded HTML file.
