This blank-slate example demonstrates the VizHub V3 Runtime Environment with continuous hot reloading and interactive widgets. The code renders a single red SVG circle inside an HTML document, showing the minimal setup required for the runtime. It exports a `main` function that receives a `container` DIV and `options` object with `state` and `setState`, enabling real-time updates. The example omits an `index.html` entry point, using the exported function as the starting point for SVG-based visualizations.
