Minimum html page.
This example demonstrates a nearly blank HTML page that loads a minimal document structure with a title, a linked stylesheet, and a script from a remote jQuery CDN. It shows the absolute foundation of a web page before any data or interactive visualization is added. The page references external `index.css` and `index.js` files, but the inline code provides no DOM elements, data loading, or chart logic. Its purpose is purely to establish the boilerplate shell—head, meta charset, and empty body—onto which any future visualization, such as a D3 force simulation or canvas drawing, could be attached. The code itself uses no specific data source or rendering API.
